Priscilla has over 15 years’ experience working with people with a disability.
As the founder of one of the largest disability employers in QLD, she implemented a unique funding process that maximised the available government support and gave employment and training opportunities to over 700 young Queenslanders with a disability who were employed to complete a paid School-Based Traineeship.
The exceptional level of care and support to the trainees was evident in their completion rate of 90%, significantly higher than the national average of 49%. Her passion and drive to be an advocate for people with a disability is inspired by her son Reef who is living his best life with Autism.

With over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, Ryan brings international expertise in sales & marketing, procurement, strategy, sustainability, supply chain management, closure activities, and portfolio management.
He channels this knowledge into the ISA Group, driving continuous improvement and the growth of ISA’s services.
Driven by a deep passion for using his corporate expertise to create positive change, Ryan has been a dedicated advocate for the disability sector since his early 20s. He played a key role in establishing Brisbane's first universally designed community space, which to this day continues to serve those who live with, and alongside, disability in Brisbane’s Western Suburbs.

Emma has extensive experience in the disability sector with assisting people to live independently and gain real life skills. Emma has experience in strategic people and culture strategies, talent management, workplace relations and organisational change.
Emma has managed and delivered support to people with a disability that complex needs and is able to coordinate and manage staff at a high level to ensure quality service delivery.

Jason has 30-years experience as a business owner in the animal industry. After a decade as a vet nurse and practice manager of a busy veterinary hospital, he ran his own pet resort, pet daycare and transport company.
Jason brings his knowledge and expertise to the ISA team, providing administrative support to the staff and clients. He is familiar with the complexities of the NDIS system and is proud to still support the community in this new field.
Amanda Wood

Amanda offers over seven years of experience in the disability sector and holding a Diploma in Community Services and a Mental First Aid Certificate.
As an experienced Support Worker, she combines her background in multisite management in telecommunications and aged care with a deep commitment to supporting youth, those vulnerable in community, and mental health support.

With over 15 years of experience in the childcare industry, including leadership and management roles, Reyne brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her work.
She has a strong passion for creating inclusive environments where people with disabilities are given every opportunity to strive and succeed. Having gone through her own personal struggles growing up with disabilities, Reyne deeply understands the importance of a supportive and encouraging environment in achieving the best life possible.
Her fun, bubbly, and personable nature makes her a natural leader who is committed to providing the highest quality support to both clients and staff, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Kayla is a proud First Nations woman with over 20 years’ experience supporting programs across the community and health sectors. With a calm and compassionate approach, she is deeply committed to empowering individuals to realise their strengths and pursue meaningful opportunities.
Drawing on strong community connections and lived experience, she brings a culturally safe, respectful, and practical lens to her work. Prior to joining ISA Group, Kayla supported NDIS participants in roles spanning customer service, coordination, and stakeholder engagement, always with a focus on quality, consistent service delivery. Known for her warm nature and strong sense of purpose, she is especially passionate about supporting young people with disability to thrive.
Joy Starr

Joy brings 15+ years of experience in education, community, and care services to her role as Team Leader at ISA. With a background in administration, youth care, and participant support, she is known for her calm, compassionate, person-centred approach.
She has held senior support and administrative roles across Victoria and Queensland, coordinating care in education and youth programs and building strong relationships with families and professionals. Her broad experience and long-standing involvement in ISA’s Kingston Integrated Living Model make her transition into leadership a natural fit.
Joy is passionate about inclusion, empowerment, and helping participants achieve their goals, leading with integrity, empathy, and genuine care.
Suneeta Sloan

Suneeta initially joined ISA Group as a support worker, but due to her efforts and commitment, she quickly discovered a genuine passion for the work and the people ISA supports.
She has since fallen in love with the culture of ISA, which has led her to take on the role of team leader.
Guiding and supporting the ISA team with a positive outlook is true to Sunny's nature and she is a great asset to ISA participants and the colleagues she works with every day.
Carolyn Comer

She brings broad experience across child care, medical, and community health settings. Starting as a Child Care Assistant, she developed strong foundations in safety, duty of care, and policy compliance.
She spent over 17 years in general practice, gaining extensive experience in patient support, appointment management, confidentiality, and clinic operations, including navigating evolving requirements during COVID-19.
In 2023, she joined QLD Health, working in the Women’s and Children’s Department and later in Child Protection, where she strengthened her reporting skills and supported the safety of vulnerable children. Her career reflects a consistent commitment to professionalism, empathy, and community wellbeing.

Rajani has over 20 years' experience in Finance industry and holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Certificate IV in Community Services and is a Qualified Financial Planner.
Rajani has consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise & proficiency in providing financial advice and assisted her clients in achieving their financial dream. She is highly commendable for her attention to detail skills, meeting deadlines of all her tasks and for implementation of streamlined processes to increased efficiency and transparency of her job.
