Inclusive Solutions Australia provides housing and living arrangements for eligible NDIS participants.
Based in Kingston QLD, our modern homes are newly built and fully furnished. Each house features 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, suitable for up to three people per house.
With spacious living arrangements and huge, fully-fenced courtyards, our townhouses are perfect for entertaining or gardening.

With ISA Housing, SIL Funding is NOT required!
The ISA team is here to support NDIS participants in and around their homes, helping people with disabilities gain the skills to live a confident, motivated and independent life. Through our extensive connections and small business partners, our participants can take more control over their NDIS plan by identifying groups or activities that will engage them in their community.
Unlike other NDIS providers we do not require our participants to meet the Home and Living panels requirements for Supported Independent Living (SIL) or Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA).
When it comes to accommodation, we provide on-site support which we believe is crucial to a participant’s first years of independent living. Some examples of the supports we have found to be most beneficial include:
