Then contacting ISA is a must!

We will help you to explore various ways the NDIS can fund you for employment and support on the job. ISA can help you find the right job for you!! This can be done in several ways, depending on your situation and needs.

Some of the things the NDIS can fund include:

  • Support before and during a job interview

These can be funded under the support category, ‘Finding and Keeping a Job’ (Category 10), a Capacity Building Support that aims to help people with a disability get into the workforce and build their independence.

Traineeships for People with Disabilities

ISA has partnered with an exclusive labour hire organisation that works directly with people with a disability and understands the need to ensure a tailored flexible employment arrangement is offered to our participants.

Employment opportunities are offered to students with a disability under our partners' School-Based Traineeship program at no cost to the student, school or the host employer. We offer a wide range of industries that allow the student to choose the best career pathway and the opportunity to start working while at school. We believe this will give the student the best opportunity to transition from high school.

School-Based Traineeships are a great combination of academic study and training plus paid industry experience. This allows the student to work for an employer, while also gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

We believe that no student should be limited by this fantastic opportunity and that is why we have partnered with a number of RTOs that offer qualifications ranging from Certificate II to Diploma level in a wide range of industry areas.

Can ISA support me at work?
