Employment Support and School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)
Get Job-Ready. Get Hired. Stay Employed.

At Inclusive Solutions Australia (ISA), we don’t just prepare people for work — we deliver real employment outcomes. Our employment programs are hands-on, practical, individually tailored, and results-driven.
We believe every person with a disability deserves the opportunity to find meaningful employment — not just busywork or training with no direction. Whether you’re still in school, just graduated, or looking to re-enter the workforce, ISA is here to help you succeed.
ISA’s Employment and Work Preparation Program is one of the most comprehensive and structured offerings in the sector — built around the understanding that people with disability often learn best through hands-on, real-world experience. While we offer a strong foundation through modules and guided learning, we pride ourselves on supporting participants all the way through to secure, meaningful employment.
Our program is tailored across three tiers of engagement:
-
Tier 1: Confidence Building — For those who are just starting out, focusing on participation, motivation, and routine.
-
Tier 2: Skill Development — Hands-on coaching through structured learning modules with real-world context.
-

We recognise that building employability doesn't start and end in a training room. Our supports extend into daily living and community access domains, ensuring that what participants learn — from budgeting and transport to hygiene and confidence — is transferable across all areas of life.
We track monthly progress, conduct outcome reporting, and adjust support plans in real time to keep participants moving forward. ISA staff walk alongside participants through workplace trials, job interviews, and post-placement check-ins, ensuring that no one is left behind.
Our model works because it’s real: we support people in real workplaces, with real expectations — and we adapt our approach depending on where the participant is in their journey. Whether someone needs time to build trust and confidence before stepping into a work role, or they’re ready now and just need structured support — we’re equipped to deliver both.
