NDIS
What is NDIS?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an Australian government program that provides funding and support to Australians who have permanent and significant disabilities. The scheme is designed to help people with disabilities perform activities and develop skills to better participate in the community and gain employment for a more independent lifestyle.
If this describes your situation, you may be eligible to join an estimated 500,000 Australians with disabilities in taking advantage of the NDIS in the next 5 years, many of whom will be accessing these funds for the first time.
ISA is here to assist and make the NDIS process as easy as possible. Through our services we hope to help enable you to access services in your community such as:
-
Support services
-
Accomodation
-
Employment opportunities
-
Allied Health professionals
-
Sporting clubs
-
Support groups
-
Libraries
-
Schools
And much more! You can view the NDIS Fact Sheets and other links below for general information about the NDIS and managing your plan, or contact us today to talk directly to an ISA representative.

NDIS Factsheets
The Australian Government has provided a number of NDIS handbooks designed to help participants understand and manage their NDIS plan and the surrounding factors that may be of influence.
The booklets are a practical tool to help people with disability, participants, their families, carers and the wider community to learn more about the NDIS, prepare for a planning meeting and to implement their plan.
