Inclusive Solutions Australia (ISA) is operated by an experienced leadership team with more than forty years' experience in supporting people with a disability in accommodation, support services, employment, and education and training.
The ISA team is dedicated to providing the best care to each of our participants to ensure they are continuously working towards their goals and learning real life skills. We have gone above and beyond to build quality support services with a team of experienced, compassionate and motivating staff. All supports provided are in-line with NDIS guidelines and prioritise the special needs of our participants.
Our Leadership Team
Hugh Ritchie
Director
Hugh is the Chairman and co-founder of Union Institute of Language and has more than 30 years’ experience as an International Business and Management professional with valuable expertise in the Education, Disability, Finance and the Property Sectors. In addition, Hugh has been at the forefront of disability services and has provided employment and training opportunities to people with a disability through his previous involvement in the disability space. This coupled with well-established business networks both in Australia and internationally, within government and private sectors, enables Hugh to bring a truly synergistic advantage to the ISA Group.
Amanda Wood
External Participant Manager
Amanda offers over six years of experience in the disability sector and holding a Diploma in Community Services. As an experienced Support Worker, she combines her background in multisite management in telecommunications and aged care with a deep commitment to supporting youth, those vulnerable in community and mental health support. Amanda’s expertise spans employment mentoring, training, and individualised support, where she applies a holistic, and humble approach. Dedicated to empowering individuals and supporting the community.
Jason Davies
Administration Officer
Jason joins Inclusive Solutions Australia after 30 years as a business owner in the animal industry. After a decade as a vet nurse and practice manager of a busy veterinary hospital, he ran his own pet resort, doggy daycare and pet transport company, with several locations.
After selling the businesses and moving to Brisbane, Jason brings his experience, knowledge and expertise to the ISA team, providing administrative support to the staff and clients.
He is familiar with the complexities of the NDIS system, having two neurodiverse children (the reason for his move to Brisbane), and is proud to still support the community in this new field.
Priscilla Dadson
Chief Executive Officer
Priscilla has over 15 years’ experience working with people with a disability. As the founder of one of the largest disability employers in QLD, she implemented a unique funding process that maximised the available government support and gave employment and training opportunities to over 700 young Queenslanders with a disability who were employed to complete a paid School-Based Traineeship. The exceptional level of care and support to the trainees was evident in their completion rate of 90%, significantly higher than the national average of 49%. Her passion and drive to be an advocate for people with a disability is inspired by her son Reef who is living his best life with Autism.
Emma Timoteo
Team Leader
Emma has extensive experience in the disability sector with assisting people to live independently and gain real life skills. Emma has experience in strategic people and culture strategies, talent management, workplace relations and organisational change. Emma has managed and delivered support to people with a disability that complex needs and is able to coordinate and manage staff at a high level to ensure quality service delivery.
Kyle Burch
Marketing/IT Manager
Kyle has over 10 years' experience in providing specialised support, including small business development, digital marketing, website development, graphic design, and administrative development to established businesses and startups across Australia. He has worked with Inclusive Solutions Australia since its inception and continues to provide diverse marketing solutions, administrative support, and business development support to the ISA team.
Ryan Holton
Director
With over 20 years of experience in the mining industry, Ryan brings international expertise in sales & marketing, procurement, strategy, sustainability, supply chain management, closure activities, and portfolio management. He channels this knowledge into the ISA Group, driving continuous improvement and the growth of ISA’s services. Driven by a deep passion for using his corporate expertise to create positive change, Ryan has been a dedicated advocate for the disability sector since his early 20s. He played a key role in establishing Brisbane's first universally designed community space, which to this day continues to serve those who live with, and alongside, disability in Brisbane’s Western Suburbs.
Kirsty Benson
Team Leader
Kirsty delivers high-quality support to participants with complex disabilities and needs. A teacher for over ten years, she worked with a diverse range of individuals, including young people with disabilities, giving her a nuanced understanding of the unique challenges faced in this community. Kirsty transitioned into the disability sector, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in inclusive teaching practices and individualised support strategies. Her passion for inclusion and diversity drives her commitment to empowering others and fostering environments that celebrate every individual’s potential. Kirsty continues to advocate for the rights and needs of those she serves, ensuring that every participant feels valued and supported.
Rajani Aryal
Accounts Manager
Rajani has over 20 years' experience in Finance industry and holds Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Certificate IV in Community Services and is a Qualified Financial Planner.
Rajani has consistently demonstrated a high level of expertise & proficiency in providing financial advice and assisted her clients in achieving their financial dream. Her purpose in life changed after giving birth to her second son who was born with a disability. When COVID reshaped the world, Rajani decided to change her career path to find as perfect work life balance as possible and pursued her financial skills into disability industry. She is highly commendable for her attention to detail skills, meeting deadlines of all her tasks and for implementation of streamlined processes to increased efficiency and transparency of her job.
